Resumen

Una de las problemáticas que más está afectando a los egresados de las ingenierías internacionalmente en la actualidad, es la insuficiente formación de las habilidades de representación y lectura e interpretación de documentación técnica gráfica por el ingeniero actual, cuyas causas aparentes están dadas por el gran volumen de contenido a impartir en las asignaturas de Expresión Gráfica y el poco tiempo de actividad docente presencial con los alumnos. Otro aspecto a considerar es que los métodos y medios de enseñanza–aprendizaje “utilizados todavía” en algunas carreras no responden a la dinámica actual del proceso docente-educativo de estas asignaturas. En este artículo se plantean los resultados obtenidos en una investigación realizada en el área de Expresión Gráfica correspondiente a la carrera de Ingeniería Agronómica de la Universidad de Ciego de Ávila.

ABSTRACT
One of the problems affecting the most engineering graduates, internationally nowadays, is the insufficient formation of representation and reading skills and graphic interpretation of technical documentation for the present engineer; the apparent causes are given by the large volume of content to be taught in the subjects of Graphic Expression and short time for the academic activity with students. Another aspect to consider is that the methods and means of teaching and learning “Still used” in some careers, do not respond to the current dynamics of the educational process in these subjects. In this article the results obtained from a research conducted in the area of Graphic Expression for the Agronomic Engineering career at University of Ciego de Avila are stated.
