Abstract
This work seeks to show how the application of computer graphics has helped in the teaching of drawing disciplines in the course of Cartographic Engineering at the São Paulo State University, UNESP, campus Presidente Prudente – SP. First the necessity for computer graphics in the field of Cartographic Engineering is demonstrated, and then how the activities developed in this area have helped the students. Finally, some of the results obtained are shown.
