Resumo
Neste trabalho foram identificadas e classificadas as principais falhas ocorridas durante a elaboração de Desenhos Técnicos. O método utilizado para a identificação e classificação das falhas baseou-se nos procedimentos estabelecidos pelo FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis – Análise dos Modos e Efeitos das Falhas). Desta análise, 31 falhas foram consideradas de alto e moderado risco, independente do método utilizado para a confecção dos desenhos. Contudo, do total de 81 falhas identificadas nestes trabalhos, conclui-se que a ocorrência diminui com a utilização da tecnologia CADD.

Abstract
This work aims to identify and classify the failures during the elaboration of engineering drawings. The approach used herein is based on the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method. The results show that most of the 31 high-risk failures of engineering drawings happen in both the drawings made manually or by CADD. However, the index of occurrence of all of the 81 failures identified in this work reduces with the use of the CADD technology.
