Resumo
Este artigo pretende apresentar o Desenho Industrial com seus antecedentes mais antigos e como o seu desenvolvimento acontece sustentado por redutos de profissionais interdisciplinares, relacionados e independentes com as influências que provocam situações de graus diversos no contexto político e social.

Abstract
The aim of this article is to present the Industrial Design with its latest antecedents and as its development happens through interdisciplinary profissional strongholds, related and independent on the influences that cause situations of several degrees in the political and social context.
