CARACTERIZAÇÃO ARQUITETÔNICA E URBANÍSTICA ATRAVÉS DE UMA ANÁLISE GRÁFICA DO RESIDENCIAL CANAÃ – PASSO FUNDO / ARCHITECTURAL AND URBANISTIC CHARACTERIZATION THROUGH A GRAPHIC ANALYSIS OF THE RESIDENTIAL CANAÃ – PASSO FUNDO

Resumo

O presente trabalho apresenta uma pesquisa realizada na temática da habitação de interesse social, abordando como estudo de caso o Residencial Canaã, representante do Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida – Entidades, situado na cidade de Passo Fundo-RS. Com o objetivo de compreender a produção habitacional de interesse social padronizada em larga escala e suas características, tal objeto de estudos justifica-se por ser o Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida a principal ferramenta para minimizar o déficit habitacional no Brasil, encontrando no Residencial Canaã um total de 210 famílias, beneficiadas com lote individualizado e habitação unifamiliar. Este estudo foi realizado através da metodologia de análise da contextualização urbanística e arquitetônica do empreendimento, partindo de uma breve revisão histórica até a análise do projeto arquitetônico e sua consolidação. A partir da elaboração de diagramas de análise gráfica, foi possível gerar resultados com melhor visualização em relação às estratégias projetuais de circulação, setorização, estrutura, perímetro e estratégias compositivas. Por fim, ressalta-se o esforço envolvido em viabilizar uma metodologia de participação da comunidade na concepção do projeto arquitetônico, levando em conta a real necessidade dos beneficiários.

Abstract

This paper presents a research carried out on the theme of housing of social interest, approaching as a case study Residential Canaã, representative of the My home, my life – Entities Program, located in the city of Passo Fundo-RS. In order to understand the large-scale standardized housing production of social interest and its characteristics, such object of study is justified because the My home, my life Program is the main tool to minimize the housing deficit in Brazil, finding in Residential Canaã a total of 210 families, benefiting from an individual plot and single-family housing. This study was conducted through the methodology of analysis of the urban and architectural context of the enterprise, starting from a brief historical review to the analysis of the architectural project and its consolidation. From the elaboration of graphical analysis diagrams, it was possible to generate results with better visualization in relation to the design strategies of circulation, sectorization, structure, perimeter and compositional strategies. Finally, we highlight the effort involved in enabling a methodology for community participation in the design of the architectural project, taking into account the real need of the beneficiaries.
