Resumo

Este artigo tem por objetivo realizar a avaliação de uma interface em uma página de conversão – landing page – a partir dos princípios da usabilidade visual propostos por Schaltter (2013) e, a partir da geração de uma nova versão da página, realizar um teste A/B confrontando o desempenho dos dois modelos. O referencial teórico baseia-se em autores como Kotler (2012) e Kerin (2008) da área de marketing e Gabriel (2010) na área de marketing digital. Sobre interfaces, utilizou-se como principais referências Bonsieppe (1997), Schaltter (2013) e Gothelf (2013). Como resultado, identifica-se quais elementos de design – relacionados à usabilidade – influenciam diretamente no desempenho dessas páginas e avalia-se os resultados do teste para uma análise crítica das potencialidades e fragilidades do uso desse tipo de ferramenta.

Abstract

This article aims to performing an evaluation of a conversion page interface – landing page – starting from the principles of visual usability proposed by Schaltter (2013) and, with the generation of a new version of the page, perform an A/B test comparing the performance of two models. The theoretical framework is based on authors like Kotler (2012) and Kerin (2008) from  marketing and Gabriel (2010) in digital marketing. About interfaces are used as main references Bonsieppe (1997), Schaltter (2013) and Gothelf (2013). Thus, is expected to identify which design elements directly influence in the performance of these pages and evaluate the test results for a critical analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of using this type of tool.
